Westridge Elementary

Carpets America recently donated the carpet for an Eagle Scout Project at Westridge Elementary School in Provo. Mike is in charge of the scouts in his neighborhood and was happy to help out with this project.

At the school the Scouts and Parent Volunteers cleaned out the classrooms.
They tore up the old carpet in 3 portable classrooms.
They then glued down new carpet tiles in all of the rooms.
It was a long day, but it was well worth the effort. The reward was a big envelope full of thank you letters written by the students at Westridge. Here are a couple of thank you letters from the kids in the classes. Mike said this was the best part of the whole experience.
